Calm fishing with an aimed beam

We designed and put into production in Ukraine a family of rotators for Garmin, Lowrance and Humminbird transducers, so that your fishing is comfortable and productive.

What this is

The rotator sits between your pole and your transducer and turns it under motor power — step by step, by auto-search across a sector, or holding an azimuth. On the left, ROTATOR 77 assembled. On the right, UNO: press MOTO and the transducer swings to where you need it.

Why a rotator

What a 77.Lab rotator gives you

Discrete positioning

The transducer is brought onto the target step by step rather than by eye — which matters at long range, where an error of one degree is metres of miss. On ROTATOR 77 a short press turns it exactly 1°. On UNO the step is set in the control panel: 0.5 / 1 / 1.5 / 2 / 3 / 5°.

Auto-search with a sector you set

The scanning sector is set from 20 to 160° per side in 20° increments — up to 320° in total. Seven search speeds and seven hold levels let you match the mode to the current, your speed over ground and the depth.

Azimuth hold on a gyroscope

An industrial-grade inertial module fuses gyroscope and accelerometer data and holds the transducer's heading while the boat is swung by wind, current or its anchor. The spot you found stays in the beam without being re-aimed by hand. In a flat calm, when the hull barely moves, hold accuracy drops — that is a property of every inertial system, and we say so plainly.

Protection against damaging the pole

At a significant tilt of the body — for example when the rotator is folded into its transport position — motor power is cut automatically, and comes back 1.5 seconds after the unit is upright again. Rotation does not restart by itself: movement only follows your command.

A body milled from D16T duralumin

A milled body with a Cerakote nanoceramic finish, ingress protection IP65. Resistant to salt water, ultraviolet and impact; all electronics are potted in compound — moisture will not get inside.

Hands-free control

A wireless 2.4 GHz foot pedal and two handheld remotes come with every model. The pedal runs on four CR2450 cells: about 200 hours of continuous use, and it keeps working even when only one cell is still good. The remote straps to your rod.

Three ways to drive it

Wireless foot pedal

Wireless, on a 2.4 GHz channel. Two pedals turn the rotator left and right, two buttons switch on auto-search and azimuth hold. Power — 4 × CR2450, about 200 hours.

Two handheld remotes

Four buttons: turn either way, auto-search, azimuth hold. The remote straps to your rod with the strap supplied.

Controls on the unit itself

On UNO these are the MOTO and AZI buttons right on the body: they glow green when the function is on. On ROTATOR 77 it is a separate control box with a knob and two buttons.

Safety

A panel in your phone's browser

There is no separate app and nothing to install — not on Android, not on iPhone. UNO raises its own Wi-Fi access point and the control panel opens straight in the browser. The top row shows the module temperature together with the voltage and charge of the remote's cell, so you can replace it in advance instead of on the water.

A zero bracket for your transducer

The zero bracket — the adapter between the rotator and your transducer — is included. You name the type when you order: four are made for ROTATOR 77, three for UNO:

In the box

What arrives in the box

Rotator with its pole

A milled D16T duralumin body and a 1000 mm stainless steel pole. There is no separate pole to buy.

Foot pedal and two remotes

The pedal is wireless and comes with its CR2450 cells. The remotes have four buttons each, with a strap for mounting on a rod.

Zero bracket and power cable

A bracket for your transducer type and a power cable. ROTATOR 77 adds a separate control box.

The exact contents differ by model — each model's page lists them: ROTATOR 77, UNO. The only things not included are the sonar unit and the transducer: the rotator goes onto yours.
